BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT RENAULT THE GLEN
I had the worst experience with Renault the Glen.
I did my query telephonically and got assisted by Trevor Mohan which is the Branch Manager for Renault The Glen. He passed on the deal to his brother in law Deron whom I never meet nor spoke to him and he was on Annual Leave when the deal took place.
I went to collect the car 2 months ago and I was assisted by Bongani who was so friendly.
They gave me a Permit that expires after 2 weeks. Several times I called the dealership to enquire about my number plates and contracts. When my permit expired Derron told me that I must drive with the car whilst the permit expired and said they would pay for any traffic fines I might get during the duration.
Number 1 I was told that my car didn't pass road test and they have to come collect my car from me and take it for inspection. Which means the car that I have been using was unsafe or not tested. Derron said he will reimburse my fuel and put a full tank of petrol.
I had to call him several times to insure I get reimbursed on my fuel. Until I spoke to Trevor who compensated me with R150 fuel instead of the promised amount.
I received my number plates after 1 and a months and they came to install them at my work place.
Everyday I have an encounter telephonically or via email with Trevor and Derron I always asks about my contract.
They would verify the email address and promise it would be emailed the next day.
Up until today I haven't received my contract.
Please kindly assist in these areas today was my last day I communicated with them.
Regards Victoria
