Bad customer service

I have a bad experience with Renault of wonder waters I had to take a taxi to collect my car and they promised to pick me up when my car arrived, but was not that case I also waited for hours the second time I collected my number plate ,they was no customer service I received at that branch even the manager I complain and promised to come back to me till today... they like to promised thing that they know they cant deliver
