Bad customer service

Fed up of Renault Tokai, there customer service sucks. They only nice when they want a sale after that they don't care. My car when for a service on the 22nd February, some guy called me saying my car ready for collection i then told him the car needs the coolant liquid as it has a smell of over heating. The guy then arrogantly replies... "Yes they do check that when servicing the car" on Friday when I checked it, it was still low. Honestly hate taking my car there or dealing with that arrogant people!!
