Bad choices

Been having a problem with my brand new Renaul Triber that has noises on it. For some reason Renault is either ignoring the noises, dont hear it, or says it is " normal". Renault what is normal for your cars, is not neccesarily acceptable for me as a I am paying for the car and am feeling that your car is jeopardizing my safety, but I have no choice but risking my life Ievery day I climb into your car. This is the first Renault I am diving, it it was the worst mistake that I ever made in buying a car.
