Bad brakes on renault captur and other renalt

I would like to lodge a complaint and let everyone know that Renault brakes are the worst ever! I have replaced brakes twice within 18 months - both within less than 1 year intervals. I have been told that these brakes do not come with a warranty of any sort or neither does the workmanship! I am very disappointed because my Motor plan company has made me aware that the industry norm on replacement of brakes should be 20 000kms mine have been replaced less than this both times! I feel like this is a larger issue that need to be investigated - I am going to report this to Carte Blanche and hopefully they can research and come to some kind of conclusion on this. I am really disappointed that this is the kind of frustration one has to deal with when buying a new car! Upon desktop research i have found that there are many of disgruntled Renault owners who have stated their cases on this matter with no resolve or feedback . I would like some kind of permanent solution to this. I have kids and i re**** on Renault to be a safe and trustworthy vehicle but this kind of mechanical quality what a bad decision .
