BAD BAD SERVICE!

<p>I have a problem with my SAT NAV and have been trying to get it sorted for 6 months. I can't even get hold of Renault SA. Renault Alberton is the worst dealership ever. They call me for a meeting and then postpone it 3 times. I booked my car in for service on their website and 8 days later i have had no response. ********** 2858 just rings. Why are they selling cars if they can't even answer calls???? I am going to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. (http://www.miosa.co.za/) This should not happen in any business let alone a car business where service is nessesary for keeping you and your family safe. Terrable</p>
