Bad Attitude and poor service recieved

I made an enquiry on 07 March 2015 regarding the Renault Duster promotion and was phoned by Bronwyn Turnham on 08 March 2015 that she will get back to me regarding my trade in value which she never did. I had to phone her again on 15 March requesting finance application form and made a follow up regarding the duster, she did not recall speaking to me, I had to remind her of my enquiry and she said she will give me a feedback regarding my trade in. I phoned her again and she only responded on 31 March 2015 the day the promotion was ending via email that I must fill everything and submit to her before 2pm, I sent the application and all the supporting docs and that was it, I never heard from her again. Later when I phoned she never picked up and to date there is no update from her or explanation of her poor service.
