Awful service

Dealing with Renault Tokai was a very unpleasant experience indeed. Firstly we received almost no assistance when we arrived. When someone finally did come up to us, he seemed very disinterested and unenthusiastic. Then there was no vehicle to take on a test drive, and we were told we had to come back later. <br> Their appraisal on the vehicle i wished to trade in was appalling, and R70 000 less than i have seen dealers selling the same vehicle, same year, with higher mileage. <br> The salesman's manner, attitude and very almost patronising manner telling me just how little my 2.5 year old car is worth, was completely unacceptable.<br> <br> Does Renault try to put off any potential customers in this way?<br> Is trying to absolutely rob your potential clients, by offering such pathetic (and well below market value) trade ins for their cars, part of your strategy?<br> Aren't your salesmen supposed to fight for sales and not try put off potential clients?<br> <br> If i ever did decide to even consider a renault again, i will definitely not be going to the tokai branch. <br> <br> <br>
