Avoid Renault SA at all costs!!!

If you enjoy peace of mind, never buy a car from Renault SA. They don’t care at all about their customers and employ a bunch of *****. Their cars are faulty and they can’t fix them. My experience with Renault Newcastle has been horrid- Ridwaan, Rishi and Ash are all ***** who avoid your phone calls when you follow up on queries. I currently don’t have a vehicle, even their national customer service isn’t offering solutions, everyone is blame-shifting. Avoid this ****py company at all costs. I’ll never make the mistake of giving them my business. In fact, it should be closed in South Africa, consumers are not safe and treated like a nuisance for valid complaints!!! Even 1 star is too much, I rate them a solid zero
