Avoid buying any Renault ever

<p>There is simply no support. I've been trying to get a service booked since last week Thursday. On the rare occasion that Renault Bryanston answer their phone, the sevice department fails to answer, and using the online booking system on the Renault website neither brings any result, nor is it actually supported in any way by the so-called Renault support team. I'm shocked that anyone who buys any Renault ever buys another one.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems Renault's poor service is not limited to one dealership - the mediocrity is driven at a head-office level.</p>
