Ashley The Amazing We are hardcore dedicated Renault customers and have been for maybe ten years now. First things first I’ve never had a bad experience with Renault ever but this time Renault in Melrose called Carter Renault was amazing. During this stressful period with the pandemic Renault still granted me amazing service, amazing hygiene and amazing everything really. Ashley is really such a wonderful person and it makes doing business so much more pleasurable. I genuinely applaud Renault for always having such wonderful service providers whom always assist us fully. I am so grateful for the service I received when my hubby Shiraz brought in our car for a service on Tuesday. Ashley is really a people’s person and I do hope Renault recognizes him as a core asset as these compliments are well deserved. His advice and everything else was spot on as we are looking into purchasing another Renault and the assistance he provided for our service itself on our current Renault.Again we appreciate the time taken to assist us to this extent he definitely went over and above his job description and this screams passion. A key asset to the foundation of any good business
