Arrogance at its best

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and was about to purchase a third but they clearly don't need the sales. Had a problem with the first vehicle immediately after it was recalled for break issue, the vehicle started pulling to the side. When I told them about the problem I was told it cannot be due to the recall. Okay so its my problem to resolve.

The second vehicle has had many issues but the latest being an oil issue. When you check dip stick the oil level is low but no warning light comes on. After discussing this with Renault east rand they told us not to top up with oil and something about new car using oil while running. I have spoken to several of your competitors and they have never heard of new cars using oil. When I emailed Renault SA they forwarded my email to the dealer and the service manager called me to discuss this issue. After a discussion he said he would call me back the next morning but I never got that call back. When I eventually spoke to James the DP I told him his service manager never called me back, he insisted he did, I said he did not, he said he was sitting with him when he called me back, basically calling me a ****. When I said he never spoke me, he spoke to my rep, he rep**** with a laugh "same thing". The youngster works for me and is not even based in same office as me, so I have no idea how he can say "same thing". Specially when its my vehcile and when I appraoched them not my rep.

When I told him not to worry as I would take the matter to Renault SA, he rep**** with yet another chuckle, can I give you the number, can I tell you who to speak to? Very arrogant, like it will make no difference because he is the DP. I will make sure my experiences are published on social media for all to see how Renaults dealers handle their clients
