Arm rest

I bought a brand new Renault sandero 8 months ago and 3 weeks back the Armrest just fell off I booked the car for the armrest to be fitted 2 weeks back to date I am waiting for warranty approval from "head office" like really now what kind of head office is this, they don't value clients. Renault is running a mickey mouse business.
