Appretiation - Charmaine (Renault Northcliff)

Good day

Yesterday I had the pleasure of servicing my car at Renault North Cliff.

From the time I called to make a booking, I was told Charmaine will call me back. Five minutes later she called and had already checked my details on the system. So efficient:)

I was welcomed with the same smile when I came to drop of the car and pick it up. And she kept updating me with the progress of the service.

Charmaine is WOW!!!!
