Appalling service from Renualt Bryanston

I called Renault Bryanston this morning 3 times to book my car for service on Saturday. I was transferred to the service department which did not answer my call and dropped it. Thereafter one of the sales consultants took my details and informed me that they will contact me. When I enquired when does she estimate that they will contact me she did not respond and said there are a number of clients that they have to call back and I will be called back when they get to my name. The level of service that I have received at this dealership is quite appalling.
