Appalling service

It has been over a month of waiting for my pending refund for the incorrect service charges at Lionel Motors Renault Rustenburg. While Liquid Capital has refunded a portion of the amount (R2194.74 incl VAT), I have yet to receive the remaining balance (R1872.60) from the dealership.

Despite numerous follow-ups with Lionel Motors Renault Rustenburg, I have encountered delays and inconsistent communication. Most recently, I was informed that the dealership requires confirmation of the refunded amount from Liquid Capital before proceeding. Upon their request, I provided Mapula Teffo with the refund confirmation I received, yet I have not received any updates or resolution since.

Their lack of communication and the continued delays are deeply disappointing. As a loyal Renault customer, I expected a more proactive and professional resolution.
