Anti pollution warning and engine light

Purchased my car brand new from Renault however only issue iv been ever having with the duster is the anti pollution warning and engine light that keep popping up. Besides for the normal services this is the only issue I keep having. Renault doesn’t seem to know how to sort out this issue. I’m ready to purchase another car however my trust in the brand is zero!
