Another predictable bad Renault review

Hello, I purchased a new Clio from Renault Paarden Island (Cape Town) in October 2016. After replacing my front LED's (which were not initially installed according to factory specifications), I have had nothing but problems till today (April 2018). I have had to take my car back to Paarden Island Service Centre to: 1. Replace my touchscreen pad (Sat Nav, Bluetooth, Media etc), 2. Fix the front night and bright lights after the second attempt (I literally had to physically show them, as they couldn't see the problem themselves), 3. Take my car back more than once to fix the break lights. They have, as of today, ordered the incorrect part (or so they tell me) more than at least 2 times. They can never find the part number (or the problem)? So I still have no car (it's sitting at Paarden Island) and there is no end to this drama in sight. I have asked for a courtesy car on more than one occasion, including both at the dealership and at Renault Customer Care. I currently have no other mode of transport and the rental and Uber costs are climbing (I still need to get to work). I have approached the Ombudsman. In the meantime, I gather my next step is to find another Renault dealership, who can hopefully resolve the issue. Renault Paarden Island and Customer Care people need better training and a lot more ethical conduct.
