Alarm bells when you must book your car in for a break light.

What a disappointment... A break light is not working on my renault. I went into renault norrhcliff to ask for assistance. I was promptly told that I should book the car in. The fuse diagram in the owner manual is completely different from the actual fuse box compartment. After waiting half an hour for someone to show me the correct fuse to check, I decided to leave. Seems that if they don't have the opportunity to rip you off, then they're not interested in you.
