Aircon unit for 2106 renault duster

<p>i have bought my duster in february 2016, just to find that the aircon is leaking in the car, it leak so bad that the water stand in thr car in the right front side as well as the back side, so then i reported it to the dealer and then it started, it took almost 3 months to replace the part just to find out that they put in the wrong part, now the unit freeses up and stil leak in my kar, its going for 9 months since i reported it and still nothing jow renault south africa is taking there time to get the new part every time i call them they say next week the part will be there and still nobody can tell me when will the part be here, this is by far the worste after service i have ever had from n car manufacturer will never buy a car ever from them and will never refer any body to buy a car from them. It looks like i have to go to the ombutsman to sort this **** out. </p>
