A part needed to be changed.

It was the 21 Oct 15 when I took my car to renault tokai for inspection because it had a funny noise. They descovered what was wrong then a part needed to be changed. Christian said within 2 to 3 days the part will be available from JHB and that I should not drive the car too much. It's been a month now and how much is too much?
