A huge complain to Renault.

i took a car to renault in december to be fixed and they diagnose that the starter was faulty. When i phoned they said they will fix the starter and the car will be all good and that was january 2018. I was told that the fault was with the car wiring and then they said I will be charged to fix wiring and the will be fixed. I then called again to check on the car, and I was told that the computer box is right however the car was still not fixed. Renault took the car to service provider to get the car fixed. The SP said the computer box and the fuse box were faulty and I was charged R25000.00 to get the car fixed. I asked if I pay, will the car be fixed since I was being charged all along for all those services and the SP was also not sure if the car will be ok. I asked Joyce from Renault Clearwater, we wrote down everything that was fixed in the car she told me it wasn't her job. I said I couldn't pay if there was no guarantee that the car will be fine after it was fixed, she said if I don't pay the R25000.00, I must pay R5057.00 for the car diagnosis of which I paid. I was told to go pick up my car and i phoned a tow truck to pick up the car. I then phoned to confirm if all the car came with was in order and I was advised that it was ok. When we checked the car, we saw thaqt the car parts were stripped namely: fuse box cover, battery cover, the air filter pipe, the staring colon was also tempered with so as the starter which wasn't cranking. I phoned Joyce to inform her of the matter and she didn't want to answer my calls and on the day we received the car. I went today 27/06/2018 to check if I will be compensated for the missing parts and I was told that I will be informed that there is no guarantee that i will get the money back and this is a car I use to transport the children to school and they said I can do what I feel is right for me. Renault has failed me because I've been doing business with them all along with servicing and fixing the car and now they just left me stranded without a car and missing car parts and nnow I've been renting a car to take the kids to school for all this time. I'm a bread winner at home and I can't operate like this because now I'm almost broke from all this ups and downs without the car fixed. Please help if u can.
