3 weeks to fix...still not fixed

3 weeks ago I brought in my car for a checkup after the lock button light was not working and strange noise from the engine.<br> After checking the noise they suspected the problem might be the air-conditioning unit. I had to collect the car and they will advise me when to bring it back again after the warranty has approved the replacement parts. From 07:15-09:20 we waited for someone to drop us off work<br> 2nd Visit: 3 days later<br> They phoned me to bring back the car not to be fixed but to take photos so they can submit it to Renault for warranty approval.<br> 3rdVisit: 5 days later (me making a follow-up call)<br> They said I can bring in the car the following day.<br> This time I was told that Renault Warranty department suggested that they must perform maintenance on the air conditioning unit and re-gas it in order to find the leak. <br> 3 hours later they phone me to fetch my car as they cannot perform the checks as all the machines were not working<br> 4th Visit: I took the car to them on Tuesday, by 15:00 they phoned me, the car is ready for collection. I got there around 16:40 but I had to wait for another 10-15min as they were still busy finishing up. The car is still not fixed & no update as yet.
