3 months waiting for parts. Well done Renault

on the 15th of January i took my car in to get a replacement handle for my passenger door.<br> I paid the deposit which was just over 50% and they told me i would have my parts soon.<br> over a month later i returned to inquire about my parts and request a new shock for my boot.<br> Photos were taken of the shock and i never heard anything further.<br> it is now the 8th of April, i called the service department and they said they would have to follow up for me as they did not know the status of my parts.<br> <br> Although Renault claims they hold 97% of parts in the country, it is most certainly a lie.<br> <br> Dont buy Renault
