2017 Renault Clio gtline

My Renault 2017 Clio Gtline has been to Renault twice to replace brake pads , Renault SA they don’t know what the problem is they payed for the brakes both times but they have not given me any information whatsoever as to what is wrong with the brakes on the car , I asked the dealership and even called Renault SA directly and they say it’s not driver fault but then nobody tells me what the actual problem is with this car that only keeps brake pads for 4 months
