I have had no Joy with Renault as a brand, i have been waiting for a part for my car for 3 months and they have not even tried to organize alternative means of transport in the interim. I'm in Sales and this has compromised my professional life a lot.

No one is willing to take responsibility or even give me an update on my vehicle, i find myself calling them all the time to get an update, no one is bothered by this and they are taking their time. i would advise against purchasing any vehicle from this car brand. I am so over this. . .the financial and emotional aspect of this is a lot.
