2 Monts For intercooler on Renault cleo

My car was in a n accident and went to the panel beaters on the 23rd February. They have ordered the parts of which the inter-cooler was not available in South Africa. After a few weeks the Pannel beaters suggested i call Renault SA to put the panel beaters and them in contact with one another so that they could get clarity on where the parts are. I spoke to Peter at the customer care line ***. He confirmed that the parts are at the port in a container and should be 1st April. After speaking to the pannel beaters today 07 April the parts clerk confirmed that Renault does not have the parts on their system so not sure what information Renault is feeding me. spoke to Henk at IC Nissan who orders the parts. ***. <br> <br>
