Poor service

I received poor service from Kia Nelspruit. I dropped off my car at 7:15am for service and went to collect at 2pm but it was not attended to. I received a call from the service advisor at 15:32 telling me that the car is on the platform. I received the car at 5:12pm not washed. This was a minor service but it the whole and I missed my afternoon appointments. No communication at all. Not sure if a proper service was done. I like my car but the poor service makes me want to sell it for reputable brands.
