Good day
Good day. I took my car today at Kia Nelspruit for a service, I arrived at 06:10 and I was 1st in line, at 11:35 I asked my service advisor how far they are with my car and she told me it is not in yet and when I asked the reason why she said my car started at the washbay but my car was clean, they serviced it for less than 30min, as I waited outside I saw it driving out of the washbay. I only received my car at 12:30 6hours after my arrival. This was the worse service I had every received from any car service dealership.
