Customer complain

I went to kia to buy car parts on the 10th of september till today I haven't receive it. I've paid cash. I went there for the refund I'm struggling to get my money they are telling me that they will not refund me the money cz the car is not under my name. But iam the one who went there and order the parts and I paid ca*****s been three weeks now.

I'm not happy with service I'm receiving. They where quick to take my money but now is a problem to refund me.
