The after sales service is the worst, when they wanted to make a sale they even bought be refreshments. when I went to get my car I had to wait for minutes for preps and there was no courtesy gift (due to covid) yet the sale was done on 30.08.2022. i traded my car in and the finance people said I will get my money the next as use the same bank with the dealer , it was a lie, it is 14 days prior the trade in and i have not received my funds in my account, yet I signed an indemity 7 days ago, which i had to sign on the day of the sale.

now they taking me from pillar to post, sales blames finance, finance blames admin.

the worse part is that the car is a DEMO (1300km) but the brakes are making sounds and leaving the wheel cap with black ash.
