Motus Renault Northcliff is such an inconvenience
I booked my car for a service on Tuesday 14 July and was booking for Tuesday 21 July. On Tuesday 21 July when I took the car in, I was told that I need to leave the car overnight and I will get on Wednesday 22 July since they did not order some of the parts. I was forced to leave the car as the service light was already on and I didn’t want to risk driving another +200km. Then I requested them to change my brake pads as I have bought brake pads to be fitted after the service and they refused. So it is OKAY for them to inconvenience my plans. Then there were some faults picked up like a leaking pipe and they are charging 4 hours to replace a pipe, 30 minutes to replace wipers that were replaced at the last service 😂. It won’t take 3 minutes to replace wipers. 1 and a hour to replace a bolt seal. Another hour to replace a gasket cover. So it means the mechanic will be booked the whole day 7 hours to work on my 1 car. Come On Renault Northcliff, you can do better. You will never service my car again
