Poor service

I recently bought a car from that dealership and the service I received from the dealerships management was bull****,was told my installment will be refunded and then they pay part of the installment,of which I even had to send a million messages before it was done,they don't take customers seriously.They need to be sent for training on customer management and the after sales they fail big time.Never doing business with them again.
