Avoid Renault Northcliff

They don't deserve the 1 star! Alex Koen the service manager and his team had my vehicle before 8am and I received a call at 16H20 to say that they need to keep the car as they had not got to it yet! Not once during the course of the day, did I receive a call from them to say what they had found and what the course of action of would to repair it. I asked for a manager to call back, which never happened. So I called at 16H48 to ask where my car is. At this point, I'm livid! Alex and his team could careless about their service delivery and he expressly told me to take my car some where else! Never again Renault Northcliff.
