I bought a Renault Climber 2023 model Registration LJ01BP GP I needed a car with the features they advertise like the GPS features and after buying the car that specific features did not work due to the fact that I did not have a phone that is compatible with the car.

Never did the salesperson Jackson Kunene explain that to me or his manager Simphiwe Mkhize.

When I complained about it they said they will find a solution but then they just said I need to upgrade my phone which financially I cant afford!

No I'm paying for features that don't exist.
