Poor car service

I took my car for service, and they took old air filter and put in the my car as a prove that they have change it unaware that I have checked it before sending my car to the service and definitely is not the one they claim that they have changed. Be careful and to your own check before taking the car to the service. I suspect the person signed for air filter and the globes from the part service department , and he was supposed to changed , but he took it for him or herself
