Disgusting Service

I've never received such trauma & bad service from Renault Alberton, firstly i took the car in for service on the 10 June 2022&was given a call by one of the sales agents Brady@around 3pm saying they currently busy with the vehicle he will call me 2 hours later still no call was very concerned looking @the time i call Alberton asking isn't my car ready Brady tells me to come quickly told them ill fetch the car Saturday because its very late to be taking public transport, Saturday recieved my car looked@ my petrol had decreased assumed they were probably testing the car continued with my errands the car was starting funny as if its an old car assumed since i was told they did aa major service probably some parts are still new until i got home & told my husband the car starts funny said that's when he checked the car & found that the diesel pump connectors were not properly connected and that is where the diesel was leaking from. Upon trying to start the car it switched itself off which is something we are not used to, on further inspection of the leak the diesel had spilled on the engine components and was dropping all the way to the undercover and onto the pavement which would explain why upon collecting the car the fuel level had dropped so much and at the time i thought it was due to them testing the car.its quiet clear that if i had continued with our trip today we might have burnt in it. 2ndly it was said that they did 90.000 kilometer service which is a major service but, spark plugs were not changed, anti freezer was not topped up and nor were the cam belts or any of the belts changed.it further states that brake pads have been ordered and il be called once they arrive but no indication of rear brakes being checked or changed. Rhe car was at 75k kilometers meaning the next one would have been at 90k but its states that they have done the 90k service which is major but no belts were changing.

Further more the inconvenience caused to me, i had to collect the car the next day from service after i was notified late that its done, then i was told that i will need to come back again when the brake pads have arrived meaning i have to make plans again for another day and now since it had to be towed i was unable to take my cousin out for his birthday today which is his first birthday celebration without his mother and he had been looking forward to the outing which couldnt happen and the money i had was just for the trip and outing now im caught between have to uber or hire out a car so that the childs celebrations can continue. Further more the extra costs of having to be dropped off or uber to pick the car up is really adding stress as ubers are not safe anymore as i was aked on friday to quickly come and fetch the car after i had called in at 3 to ask if it was ready or if i should make my way there since it was still early but to be told at 5 to leave home and go to Alberton is really not safe for a woman.
