Y'all ***** from people and it's wrong!

If I could give negative stars I would. We went from using an average of R8 a day on electricity to being charged R40 on just electricity. Without even using the stove. Why has it increases suddenly? Spent R600 on electricity a month now I had to spend R1200 in one month. I really can't wait to move, keep your ****, but I'll definitely be contacting a lawyer and I'd love for your side to explain to me why I am being charged so much suddenly, since no one can give answers over the phone.
