Worst water, electricity and gas metering company

The worst metering company with the lack of service delivery. Meters arent being billed correctly, 3 days go by not being billed you call in they will look into it, a month gone by and the gas has not been calculated nore billed. other tenants are getting random billing amount of over R2000 plus a month. you call them and the agent fights with you saying we are the problem. Is this the service people pay for and the service that ISMRT (RMS) hire? **** service **** company to deal with
