Worst service ever. Worst company to ever exist

Guys, this company is the worst to ever exist for electricity. The service is ********** and the call center people are horrible, the drop calls on you, everything nje is just Bad Bad Bad service and to make is worse, they cost us money while not even servicing us at al. I paid electricity yesterday for R1000 today they switched me off saying I owe them R110… when I call to ask, they say my payment has not been allocated yet. I captured the reference correctly and yet I need payment allocation. This is horro company
