Worst company to ever exist.
Worst company to ever exist. Anyone considering moving into a property using their meters should rather just find another home. They ***** your money, they over charge your wallet, and when you move out they disappear and ignore every attempt you'll make to get back your R1000-00 deposit. Over 2 weeks since we moved out and a hundred emails and calls and still no refund on my wallet balance or deposit. Every attempt to reach them fruitless. Stay away from this company if you value your money. These people are worse than Telkom and Eskom combined.

02 Oct 2020, 13:45This has been done multiple times with multiple reference numbers yet no response. Calls end up with a consultant stating cancelation will contact me, which again never happens. Maybe fix the issue in your reporting chain and refund me my deposit instead of simply supplying information I already have and used with no avail forcing me to head to social media and Hello Peter reviews.
