Why at they even operating?
This company is the worst company ever, why are they still operating. They are very unprofessional and the Manager should actually be demoted as she can't speak to clients. The rates are abnormal and even when away on holiday, electricity charges are the same on a daily basis. It is actually a *********** company

All calls are recorded, so we will most definitely investigate the matter. The rates you are charged are NERSA approved - these charges are specified on your building specific Property Chart which you would have received upon registration. Please note that you are billed for the previous day's consumption, it might therefore seem like you were billed when you were not home, but this billing applies to the previous day's usage.
