Vile employees and worst service ever

The worst service I have received, my daughter got burnt and as a result I asked ismrt for a payment arrangement as the incident was unexpected. These have been the worst days of my life due to your service. A lady by Nonhlanhla Dalasile laughed at the fact that my daughter got burnt and was very insensitive about it. How do you allow such a vile person work for your company. Hurt doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. I hope she is not a mother!!!
