Very unhappy and a **** to customer
I have received a response from Natalie saying I understand what the problem was and her team has contacted me. Really now? I have not received any response from any one of them. I do not know what she is talking about. I am still in the dark as I was when wrote the 1st review. I still need to know. They must keep in the loop. I received an email from them yesterday the 15th of April and the 14th of April telling me the same thing I was complaining about. When did they contact me?
