Very poor services on WhatsApp by nonhlahla dianae

I waited over 6 hours to be assisted on WhatsApp by a lady called nonhlahla dianae. This very poor service and disappointing considering the rental amount we are paying to stay in those apartments where this people offer their services.. I will escalate this to the estate.
