Utter Incompetence and Non-Existent Customer Service
This company doesn’t even deserve one star. The entire experience has been absolutely disgusting. You can’t reach anyone by phone, and the staff handling the WhatsApp line appear poorly trained and unable to provide proper assistance. No one seems to know how to resolve an issue, you simply get referred from one person to another with no accountability or solution. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away.
