Useless and Unresponsive
I’ve never dealt with such a useless company. They have no customer service to speak off, are unresponsive to requests for assistance, and switch off power to your unit when they make a mistake.
I would seriously advise consumers or customers to never make use of their services. You will have nothing but bad service and complaints to deal with.
It’s disgraceful how RMS operates in such a manner. I would be ashamed if my company is in any way connected to you.
Maybe, consider closing shop. You are useless anyway.
