Emails are never rep****,unanswered calls ,incorrect billings are never corrected. Unauthorized debit orders.The list is endless,I'm in regrets. reference number is: 170799.I have no trust in their system,and the accounts department. Right now the SMS I receive has a different figure to the one you find when you log in.And this us not the first time. I just feel ****med. Can you also include a report one can pull to see all historic recharges/loading.
