Unprofessional Staff

Unprofessional behaviour from Tabang on the phone, and this became even worse after I pointed it out. Extremely rude. As a new customer, I'm disappointed and expected more. I explained what I needed more than once and he actually snapped at me about this. Is this how you treat customers? How is this allowed? My query still has not been resolved.
