Units Issued - Units not metered
Hi, we have had many issues with Codex/ismrt:
1. No responses/feedback on emails sent. 2. I called the Call Center many times, I cannot get an agent or operator to assist me. 3. Now this last four days, I saw that the amount of UNITS were ISSUED to our account in the mornings:
In the beginning we only used between 3-4 units daily (kettle, hairdryer, and the stove are used almost daily), on 6 May it shot up to almost 12 units and again on the 7th of May 2018. Now from the 8th I have been monitoring on the board to see what was happening to the units, this when I realized that we were assigned how much units we "were" using.
On the 9th I logged in early - no appliances were used yet (appliances like the kettle or anyone producing heat) we were issued little more than 8 units. The units do not change throughout the day it stayed the same for the entire day (I logged in numerous times this day).
Today I logged in again 7:33 and this time we were issued 6.5930 units.
Hi ECahill
I went through the consumption graphs and I would like one of our agents to take you through the consumption graph.
This is the same graph you can view online. The graph show your consumption at 30 min intervals and is a great help to determine which appliances are consuming electricity.
The meter measures your consumption from midnight to midnight and every morning your smrt!Wallet is billed for the previous day's consumption. That means it for 24 hour's consumption and not appliances that are switched on in the morning.
The meter measures in kWh and this is billed at council rates and tariffs. Your smrt!Meter bills per kWh and not in "units".
From 5 May it seems your consumption increased. You might want to check which appliances have been newly introduced that could be consuming more electricity.
Your consumption increased from 3 to 4 kWh per day to 11 to 12 kWh per day.
I hope this helps?
Kind regards,
The ismrt!Team
